Date: 7/8/2008: As for all dsc panels programing is always harder then need be but this system was alot better do to the english read out which made progarming easy this keypad is nice wish ther hardwire ones were so user friend

Date: 6/14/2008: I read many reviews on this website, and the ones from customers that give low reviews for problems with programming really crack me up. I have been an alarm tech for 15 years, and programming some systems is not that easy, even for someone who does it every day. That is why there are professional alarm technicians. You are saving money by buying off of the internet and doing it yourself, you should expect that you will have to call for assistance. Would you expect to buy a home triple bypass kit off of a website and do it yourself with no assistance? That is why there are doctors. And this is why there are professional alarm techs.

Date: 6/5/2008: Less than thrilled
I was less than thrilled with the whole system. I had to call technical support to help me with programming, even though the call was only a few minutes long, the fact is I had to call. Not easy for a novice to program. I also wish that there was a practical way to test the wireless glass break detectors. On the bright side, I do like the recessed wireless door transmitters, I'm glad I didn't have to have an exposed transmitter attached to the door and frame. John E.
